SunplusPro’s manufacturing headquarters are located in Wuhan, a major industrial and logistics hub in central China. Our Wuhan facility houses multiple specialized workshops dedicated to the design, manufacture, assembly, and testing of All-in-One Solar Street Lights, 2-in-1 Solar Street Lights, and Solar Flood Lights. The factory combines modern production equipment, an in-house R&D lab, and rigorous quality-control systems to deliver reliable lighting solutions for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects worldwide.
Our Workshop Structure
We organize production into focused workshops so each stage — from metal processing to final packing — is handled by teams trained for that purpose:
Metal Fabrication & Machining — Sheet bending, CNC punching, laser cutting and welding for poles, brackets and housing components.
Die-Casting & Injection Molding — Durable aluminum die-casting for housings and UV-stable plastic parts for optics and mounts.
Surface Treatment & Coating — Sandblasting, powder coating, and anodizing lines that ensure corrosion resistance and long outdoor life.
Electronics Assembly — SMT and through-hole assembly lines for controller boards, MPPT units, LED drivers and battery management systems.
LED Module & Optics Assembly — Precision mounting of LED chips, lenses, and reflectors to achieve consistent beam patterns and photometric performance.
Battery & Energy Storage Workshop — Safe handling, assembly and testing for lithium and other battery types used in our systems.
Final Assembly & Integration — Full product assembly (solar panel, battery, pole/head integration), wiring, firmware loading and pre-shipment inspection.
Packaging & Logistics — Custom packing lines for export, with anti-shock and anti-moisture packaging for overseas shipment.
Equipment & Technology
SunplusPro invests in up-to-date manufacturing equipment and automation where it improves quality and consistency. Key technology in the workshops includes CNC machining centers, automated powder coat ovens, precision SMT pick-and-place machines, LED lumen test benches, and environmental test chambers. Our production processes are continuously optimized by data collection and Lean best practices to reduce defects and improve throughput.
Quality Control & Testing
Quality is enforced throughout production — not only at the end. Our quality control program includes:
Incoming material inspections for solar cells, LED chips, batteries, and fasteners.
In-process checkpoints at critical assembly stages.
Photometric testing (IES files), lumen output checks and color temperature verification.
IP (ingress protection) simulations, vibration, salt-spray and UV ageing tests to validate outdoor durability.
Battery safety and charge/discharge cycle testing.
Final functional test and burn-in before shipment.
We keep traceable records for batches and can provide test reports for procurement and tendering.
R&D & Prototyping Lab
Adjacent to our workshops is an R&D and prototyping lab where product improvements, customizations and pilot runs happen. The team focuses on optics optimization, power management algorithms (MPPT & dimming profiles), thermal design and firmware stability to extend lifetime and energy efficiency.
Environmental, Health & Safety
As a responsible manufacturer, our Wuhan facility adheres to local environmental and occupational safety regulations. We manage hazardous materials, recycling and waste disposal responsibly, maintain clean assembly zones, and enforce PPE and safe-operating procedures across workshops.
Capacity & Custom Projects
Our modular workshop layout lets us handle both steady production runs and bespoke projects. Whether it’s standard All-in-One product lines or custom spec orders for municipal tenders, we can scale production and provide factory acceptance testing, sample qualification, and documentation packages tailored to procurement needs.
Factory Tours & Client Visits
We welcome qualified buyers, engineering teams and procurement auditors to visit our Wuhan workshops by appointment. Tours can include a production walk-through, live testing demonstrations, and access to product test reports. For international visitors, we assist with scheduling and logistical coordination.
